  1. Hello Richard,

my name is Ricardo, and i’m writing to you from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

First time i heard about your music was in 2003, in an Uncut review of “Airs of the Ear”, while i was on a few months stay in England. On an Oxford record fair i found that cd and thought i’d give it a try. From then on i have slowly managed to find many of your records, which i greatly enjoy.

One of the missing pieces (and one of my favorites) is “Beyond the valley of Ultrahits”. I know there is a vinyl edition, but will there ever be a cd reissue?

Maybe it is not a relevant demand, but if there is a chance of a cd reissue i will be very glad…

Thank you for following your unique musical path, and for bringing these sounds into the world.

    All the best

    • Thank you for the kind comments. Ultra hits was first released on Sonic Oyster as a CD-R in an edition of 200. I no longer have any copies, but you may find one online. The record is currently on Jagjaguwar and there are no plans for a re-issue of any sort. I believe you can still download it.

      Best wishes,
